As per title $10 tourny but I know one other player and he mentioned us being at the table of the guy I play against here. He is top 10 OPR and has an impressive record. I haven't been at table long but we have been kinda chatting and I have bluffed him off one hand. This is prolly an easy fold but?

Who is villain? Playing style? Alot of the top players are laggy so I might be tempted to call here but it risks like >1/2 your stack by the look of it....You could be ahead but I almost lean towards the risk outweighing the reward.

I re-raise pre-flop w/ Jacks OOP.
As played, feels like a weak Q or A-10. Kind of oddly played if it's a flush, but it's a possibility I suppose.
Need more of a read.

It almost strikes me as wired 7s. A pre-flop raise might tell me he has one of those borderline pocket pairs (which to me is 9-9 and higher but maybe he is more loose). If he felt you didn't connect with the flop, he was going to call you...although I'm not sure if that's possible in an online game with no facial tells. So after calling the flop, he seemed okay with checking the turn in the case you had a Q or T since his 7s were at risk to 2 overs. Then to his surprise he hits his set on the river, leaving you wondering what he could have as he throws out 1500 chips. Sometimes people just hit by taking a free card.
So my guess is a hand of 7-7-7-Q-T

I would probably re-raise pf, but does anyone else bet the flop here? My thinking is that there is a good chance he doesn't have a queen, stops him from checking behind if drawing to a flush, and if we are re-raised we can fold knowing that there is a good chance we are beat. IBut, if he just calls, then I guess we still don't know if he has a Q or a 10.
