Villain is 41/21/1.5 over 50ish hands. Frequently makes plays for pots on the river if no1 else wants it, I recently called 300 on the river with K high to beat his J4o, Villain also just typed into the chit "Tilting yet?" if this bares any relevance.

In my donkish opinion it looks like a bluff. Lots of people like to call on the river and then take it away when the scare card hits the turn. It think it's likely he has Adx so he is semibluffing.
I just don't see having a suited ace and then jamming the turn. I know instead of flat calling the flop I would shove if I was the villian and had AK of diamonds most of the time. Especially if I put you on that big pair like jacks.
Oh well, that's my opinion, but I'm not a math player so much what do I know.

looks like a 10 off w/ a of diamonds possibly, but could be almost anything.
If villians playing trash constantly and betting at a lot of pots I'd prefer re-raise him preflop w/ jj. I could see sitting behind him w/ like aa or kk, but in this spot it seems like you're well ahead of his preflop holdings, but in a vulnerable spot when the board comes w/ a couple overs.
As played, I'm most likely calling. Though, personally, against this guy, I'd 100% re-raise pre-flop to isolate and then I'd re-raise more on the connected/sooted flop.

Bluffing or not, there are too many drawing opportunities out there, dump it

Not a lot of discussion on this hand but meh I'll post results...I thought about it and put him on a hand like AdK/Q/J/10. Or some other drawing hand. So I made the call he flipped over the made monster Q

J

River = 9

Well, at least you can take solace in the fact that your read was bang-on...

Gotta raise this PF to isolate. Make it 6-700. If he calls, push that flop.

Repop to at least 600 preflop.
On the flop, you didn't raise enough to get him off of a drawing hand. At least raise to 1000, probably more.
Anyways, based on your read, I'm calling. You at least have a diamond draw of your own that might trump his if he has one.
