often times i just prefer the call to the raise because its cheaper and doesnt give away your hand, although that does take away from bluffs... catching bricks on 4th and 5th is what stops me from wanting to raise with these good starters. if i just call perhaphs the opponents will put me on a higher hand that i actually have an i could get them to call and draw against me on later streets.
anyways...

i call, my draw is still too good...i doubt my draw is beat as the people at my table usually raise on 3rd when they have a good low

is there a way to justify raising on 4th street? if so whats the reason/math behind it?
if i believe my draw to be better should i raise it if someone bets into me?

hmmm maybe ?!

Easy raise on 3rd. The reason is value. Our hand is huge with a 3 and 4 out and the limper will often have a very poor hand at this level. As played I would raise 4th assuming we have the best hand since no one raised on 3rd. If you think your hand is good enough to call on 5th you should have definitely raised on 4th. The only reasons I can think of not to raise 4th would be too keep the pot small so that you can fold 5th if you brick and villain catches good or if you think that villains 4 card hand is very similar to yours. Neither of these reasons seem to apply here.

Rest of the hand seems fine and on 7th folding is not an option.

raise is good on 3rd in 4th here. the reason is, that if you hit gin there, you would WANT to check to trap there, and they know it. plus, 4 handed, i want to get rid of the riff raff. and obviously the main villain here will probably be in till showdown.

plus, i've found that a LAG style of razz pays off dividends in the long run. there are times when i'll run a trap, but that's in rare circumstances. very rare. the simple fact is, the variance in razz is so high, that you need to protect your hands 95% of the time. plus, if you run a ram 'n jam style in razz, you'll get paid off a ton.
