Very suspect preflop play... I'll also usually smooth call the flop with top two on a drawery type board.

I fold it preflop.

If SB is aggro preflop i fold flop , if he only raises aces and kings i probably smooth call and play according to turn card.

we are definitely folding river.

What are you doing with that nonsense preflop?

Flop raise probably isn't necessary. See a cheap good looking turn card before you do that. You beat nothing on that turn and river though, give it up.
