I'm not too worried about the BB, the guy is a donk and has called down with middle pair numerous times, or even ace high

Did I play that too passively? The check-raise was the only thing that made me slow down.. But would anyone play this differently? Perhaps raise on the turn because i had a straight flush draw?

I'd find a raise on either the turn or the river. With BB tagging along, a turn raise looks very profitable.

A river raise would be fun, too.

Eh, what do we beat on the turn? AQ?

I could raise, but I'd hate being 3-bet and having to call down.

I like the way you played it here.

With a better read, I could raise the turn, without one though, I call down.

against an unknown, I play it just like this

But a turn raise looks nice, given no Raise from BB..and SB looks to be protecting and not drawing based on his flop play.
If we think BB makes really loose calls, especially, in case it's 3-bet

I didn't realize this was a 3-handed game. I raise the turn.

Yeah, the more I think about it I should have raised the turn.. in .5/1 game ace queen is a strong possibility here..

I originally put him on a set of queens, simply because of the reraising he was doing..
I guess he was still pissed.. he had pocket 7's, BB had ace jack (no spade) lol oh well

Anybody have a problem with a river raise, here, if we just call the turn? We don't have to be good all that often, and we just leapfrogged QT, and dodged spades and other draws. We don't get 3-bet like EVER here, either, unless somebody woke up with Q9 or T9 or some other goofy holding.

I still think a turn-raise is best, but I think we can show a considerable profit with a river raise, too.

If we don't raise the turn, I'm down.

Are you agreeing that the turn raise is best though?
