utg+1 is very loose and aggressive. he raises about 25% of hands, if you reraise him he will fold without a decent hand, so he has something

i have no idea about utg hes played about 15 hands.

Of course you shove - you HAVE to try to get rid of UTG here. Against Villain's range you are slightly ahead (55/45) of Low wraps and a bit further behind A2 with flush draw, 2 pair or a set. However this second group is much less likely than the first and there are many bricks that can come on the turn that might let him get away from his hand if it is in the first group, so I think you make him get it in now. If it stays 3 handed, you could be in trouble, but that's life - it's only 12 bucks.

LOL jammaments. Folding this against a LAG (even if he is a skillful LAG) would be just spewing $$.
