Gotta fold the turn here. You may have been ahead on the flop, even after the 3-bet, although it's unlikely, but a huge portion of his range caught up if it was behind.

I put Villain on KK-JJ much more than 88.

So if I decide I am willing to spend 2 more big bets on this hand, I am raising that turn.
But I am never passively calling down.

Folding the turn is certainly acceptable.

Yeah I raise fold that turn, but my short handed game is a little rusty.
