Normally, I'll cap the flop, bet/call turn and c/c river.
Since he's short, you might as well get it in.

Looks fine to me.
If another opponent called the flop 3bet, you need to cap the flop for the extra value.
When a villain is shortstacked, his actions are usually much looser than normal.
He often just wants to finish off his stack so he can move on to do something else.
