This is a pretty draw heavy board and j10 would probably check-raise. That said, I still don't know jack about this guy as waiting for the turn to raise with trips is a reasonable play too.

Prolly just call down for info.

calling down for info is not a good enough argument imo.

if I 3bet the turn and he folds the river, I can most likely assume he's the type who waits til the turn to semibluff. I got my info right there

but what if I get capped? urgh.

I think there's definitely a strong argument for 3-betting, btw, but vs an unknown, what I quoted is the main problem. Is he dumb enough to cap JT? Like, I prolly sacrifice a bit of value to call down one time.
