I'm not sure what your trying to do silicon but what I meant to say is when people talk about poker books it's usually super system, which is a good book but more of the casual poker players might not realize their is(in my opinion) a much better book on tournament. HOH. That's what I meant to say, although with you being quite ANAL maybe I should've checked some sales stats?

Truth be told I don't watch alot of televised poker, mainly read about it and play. When people speak of hellmuth they usually coincide with his outrageous personality netting him sponsorships, I figured as much with Matusow but wasn't too clear if he had any sponsorships. He made it to the final table at the WSOP this year didn't he? Didn't notice the fult tilt gear.

Speaking of loud mouth's I wonder if Matusow has any sponsorship deals because of his outspoken personality. Sure worked for Hellmuth. Take it home Dan.

Someone mentioned they will be getting volume 2 for free I believe, but I would go with Amazon.com too get both volumes, about 19$ a piece. Save about 10$ from retail prices.

I think Dan Harrington is one of the greatest tournament player alive. I also think that his book Harrington on Holdem is somewhat lost in the slew of poker books out their. It is one of the best books on tournament poker!

I agree with the above post in regards to some of the "Elite" posters in here making it uncomfortable for "newbs" to post. I agree that yes, people that post ridiculous comments, (should as the stated thread) should perhaps warrant a flame. But like what was already mentioned posters shouldn't be flamed because they don't have an absurd amount of posts. Their are also people with high post counts that have contributed very little. (i.e. teneights request to get his options back) This should be a place for newbs and veterans alike to post comfortably and have somewhat of a reasonable response.

Sponsorship is good for poker, i'm not sure why you guys can't see that? And if you were if their situation being offered big money to sponsor, you would do it. Hypocrites!

I'm Flattered Mr.Mexico. And true the heavyweight division was lacking in skill and then out of nowhere a 20 year old man comes storming in. So I guess it's easy to overestimate his skills, but not his ferocity.
