defintly run adware and spybot, kinda of unclear about the ram do you have 2 sticks of 512 or do you have Dual Channel 512 ram anyways i would up it another 512 to 1024 at least just look in your manual on how to install the new ram and ram is super cheap too i dont know if it will help your problem but your pc in general will run much nicer after.

not bad a gained a little back in the winter think 10 lbs but i lost it again once summer came its so cold up here i cant run outside in the winter, as for keeping it off i just really changed what i ate and didnt really go on any diets so keeping it off or eating bad food hasnt really been a problem
