Okay, got a buddy who plays any ace suited and goes to the river with any pocket pair to try to hit his set. He turned 21 in December and had a lucky run at 3/6 for about a month. Hit lots of flushes and what not. Anyway, since then he is losing his tail because he is playing like crap. He limps with AA, big blind hits two pair and takes his money. You know the type I'm talking about. Anyway, he now says that bad players are taking his money by sucking out. So, he had decided to move to no limit. Personally, I think his money will be gone in no time. Not really a question, just laughing

Super Tecmo Bowl was definitely the best at one time. Atleast there was more to it than guessing the offenses play out of four choices. I'm partial to the duck hunting game that came with Mario on the original Nintendo. although I don't know if you could actually miss with the gun that was included.

Rebuys are 15 dollars and add ons are 15 and 30. I'm not worried about investing money into the tourney. My bankroll is sufficient for the tournament. I just have avoided rebuys online and don't really know what kind of strategy to have. The people who rebuy twenty times frustrate me by going in with any wired pair or two overs. They usually end up doing well. I just am used to freezeouts. Busting someone three times and then getting ousted by them later sucks. I admire those people for just keeping throwing money in the pot, but it still sucks. Thanks for the ongoing input.

Thanks, I don't kow why they are so eager to get the blinds up quick. These things never have more than eighty or so players and are over fairly quickly. Their 100 dollar freezeout has smaller blind structure and does well. It's the Gold Strike in Tunica by the way. Final table gets payout. Usually everyone lets the tenth guy get money as well. I usually am playing 3/6 while this is going on but for some reason feel the need to play tomorrow.

Yeah, a little more information would help. 1000 starting chips which sucks by the wayblinds at 25-50 go up every 20 minutes 50-100 150-300 200-400 etc...take away 25 dollar chips after 300 big blind

I have played very few of these and am going to play one at a B&M tomorrow. $35 buyin with rebuys through the first hour and single and double add ons at the end of the hour. I want to give myself a chance without throwing money away. Just curious what everyone's strategies are when it comes to these types of tournaments. Thanks in advance

LOL. Same thing happened at the Gold Strike in Tunica except it was an accident. I was two seats right of the dealer and he was right beside him. I fold preflop, cards get mixed up and he cusses the dealer. IDIOT. Anyway, he had pocket kings.
