  1. What ever happened to you book Daniel? I am looking forward to reading it!
  2. I was recently playing online in a $.5-$1 nl hold'em game and was dealt Ak of hearts. Someone raise from the middle position to $3 and I reraised to $8. The person right after me called. He was a weak player and didnt think he really had much. The original raiser folded. There was about $20 in the pot. The flop came with no help. Something like 6-8-2 with ne heart. I raised $10, hoping he had something like AK, AQ or a low pair. But he called. the turn brought the J of hearts. Still thinking he was weak, and having a lot of outs (flush draw and two overcards), I raised all-in with my last $30.
  3. I was in the big blind with A 7 . Four people called and I checked. There was $5 in the pot. The flop came 10 10 8 . The first guy bet $2, and everyone called. I had the nut flush draw and was getting 6.5 to 1 on my money. So I called because I was getting good odds on my draw. I called, making the pot $15. The turn brought the 9 . First guy checked, as did the second. Third bet 5, 4th called, I reraised all in to $20, and the first position person reraised! 3rd position called all-in. 1st guy showed 10-9 for a full boat and 3rd position guy showed 9-9 for a smaller boat. Needless
  4. Recently I have been playing heads up tournaments at Doyle's Room. I was just wondering if anyone had any insight or strategy that would help me out. I win about half of them. The one thing I have reaalized is that any pair is almost always good. You can call with bottom pair and usually win. Anyone else have any insight or strategy?
  5. $25 table blinds .1 and .25I was in early position w/ A8. I dont like to rasie with this kind of hand from early position, so I just called. one person in late postion called, and the small blind called, and the big blind checked. The flop came out A-8-7 with two diamonds. SB bet .5, BB called. I didnt want anyone to draw out, so I bet more tahn the size of the pot. I raised to $3. EVERYONE CALLED! I was so confused! The turn brought a J. I again raised big. Because there wer no preflop raises, I didnt think anyone had AJ or JJ, so I though I still had he best hand. But people play flush draws
  6. what is special about this game? how is it different from online sites?
