  1. I guess I'll be the first to post that I've gone broke at least three or four times. I've made it to $200, down to $0, get some money and make a small MTT win or something, back up to $200, down to $0, etc. I had my $8 bankroll up to $88, but I have problems playing limits too high for my bankroll. It's a problem of impatience, I guess.
  2. I think I'll start buying in the for max when I'm more comfortable with my bankroll. Considering I've built this up from $8 to $36 right now, I'm still doing fine. I think I might buyin for $10 when I reach $50.
  3. At the 5c10c level, I buyin for $4. I usually try to hit at least $10 before I cash out, but if I have time I play as long as I can.Anyway, I was just interested in hearing how you do in ring games. How much do you have when you usually cash out of your room, what limits, etc...
  4. How many BB should I need in my entire bankroll when I play a specific limit? i.e. If I'm playing 5c10c, when should I move up to 10c25c?
  5. The game's Omaha... the guy has As6s7s in his hand.
  6. What is a risk/reward ratio? Also, what does it mean to protect your chip lead? Thanks for helping a fish.
  7. Unless you think he is a super aggressive player, I would not have checked the river for the sake of the chance he might also check it. Obviously he didn't because he had a legit hand, but other times it wouldn't work. That's just my style though.
  8. JA you are an awesome player.. i think you should have reason to think you are as good as the other big name pro's
  9. I say call, you still have a lot of chips even if you lose. And your opponent could be trying to protect his blind with a hand like K-Q.
