Ok, I really need to rant about some blatant etiquette (and rules violations) in a small tournament I often play in by one particular player.Some details about the tourney.. the entry fee is between $50-$100, with approximately 25 people, and the top 4 spots paying money. So halfway through the tournament I get moved to a table and instantly you can tell it was unfortunate. I partially agree with the people that say "it's just a movie", but the poker scenes in this movie were atrocious. Five minutes consultation with any poker professional would have ironed out several of the issues.1) Players looking at their cards as soon as they're dealt. Are these people internet players? I think Links was more enjoyable than Tiger Woods for XBox. Sure Tiger has a lot more features, but Links looked prettier and the XBox Live was a lot more pleasurable. It was great watching the flight path of balls fly by while in fastplay mode. I bought Tiger 2004 or 2005 and it was just no fun multiplayer.I bought the first Tiger for PSP and that is the weakest excuse for a portable game I've seen. A minute to load a single hole? Gimme a break.

With a live webcast, it certainly poses problems when there's technical issues -- if they could just shut cameras off for a few minutes they could probably resolve things a little easier. But you'd think the 4 hours they spent futzing around prior to showing video, they would have had players trained with the hole card cams and had any technical kinks worked out.
