I think you have to bet the flop. You need to find out where you are at. If someone re-raises the flop then you need to decide if they are re-raising with a made hand or a flush draw. If you forget to bet on the flop i think that you have to bet the turn. If nothing else you represent a flush or a big flush draw. But betting the flop is key! It only costs you a little money (you bet) on the flop instead of a lot of money later on in the hand (you having to call a bet).

I have heard that they are approved for tables. Is this just a rumor and if not when are they expecting to get tables?

I like to raise to 10 or 15. A 20 dollar raise is anywhere from 10% to 20% of your stack and almost commits to the pot if you make a hand. The problem with this game is not the pre-flop raise but the amount at which you are allowed to buy in with. Some places only let you buy in for 100$. A 20$ raise is alot for that stack size.

OK so here is the situation. I have about 300 dollars in front of me and from middle position I look down at 66 and call the big blind for 3 dollars. The players fold around to the button who makes it 15 to go. There are 3 callers in front of me so I call and take a flop. The guy on the button does not always try to steal on the button. He has folded many times and seems to be playing a tight aggressive game. The flop is Qs 6s Kd giving me bottom set. Everyone checks to me where I check and the button bets 10 dollars. All other players fold to me and I decide to raise to 50 dollars tot
