I dislike it compared to WPT, maybe not so much ESPN... finally i get to see gabe kaplan again ....i dont recall seeing him do a broadcast since 2002 wsop. i think that this heads-up form of poker is very entertaining but lacks something i cant put my finger on. I also was a little bias about NBC, a bigger station carrying poker but they seem to have done a good job. I being a huge bracket fan was pleased with the form of the tournament. Good luck with this NBC. However, i still enjoy my good ol WPT.

so the winner of each table gets a prize, is this the format that is going to continue? Table winner advances? or is that just for first round? i wonder because i usually fair better in carry-your chip tournaments although im fairly confident that i can still winn a table of 8 - 10 ppl within the first hour but i dunno how they expect to get all 300 pplko'd in 4 hrs. Although from what im hearing not that many ppl have signed up yet.

Each time i go out now i see new advertisements for the buckeye hold em tournament. Theres new flyers and stuff written on the side walk. Article this morning said their expecting even more people now, prolly round 300. Winner gets gold bracelet and theres 2000 in prizes.
