  2. I think you should have led at the flop. It tells you the same thing a check raise does for cheaper. With a check raise you are building a large pot out of position with a fairly weak holding. QJ is often dominated.
  3. critique my play here and keep in mind im not trying to just make the final table im trying to win. first let me give you what read i have on the player. he has been playing a little looser than the rest of the table likes to limp in but when he has a hand he likes to play fast preflop. on a raged flop he will bet out almost every time even if he dosent have the betting lead. he has run into a few big pairs and lost some chips. now to the hand. blinds are 1k/2k with an ante i have just over 60k and he has just under 60k. there are 12 players left so both tables are playing 6 handed. he is in f
  4. i was playing heads up limit holdem on UB and had something happen that was pretty amazing. i was delt 4s6c in the big blind and check. flop comes Kd2h6d. i checked he checked. turn came 6s i check he bet a raised and he called. river came 6h. i bet and he called. my next big blind i got delt 2s3s and checked the same thing happend. cought a 2 on the flop a 2 on the turn and a 2 on the river. quads twice in 3 hands. i could get the hand history but im too lazy. now come the posts of how online poker is not ramdom.
  5. one night destrtoyed with 2 hands. first lost my buyin in a no limit game when the money went all in on the turn i had the nut flush and the other guy had 6's and 10's. he hit a ten on the river. then lost my second buyin when the money went in on the flop and i had floped quad J's on a boared of JcJh2h he goes all in for reasons unknown with 8c9c. hits 10c on the turn 7c on the river.
  6. i was staked for awile by a friend and played 5/10 as well as tournys. i built my br quickly and didnt need the stake any more. if u are going to stake players u are going to need to have alot of players as they wont need a stake after a while. and dealing with so many people there is the trust issue.
  7. im just venting it makes me feel better
  8. i resently started playing mtt and have hit a terrible losing streak. when the all money goes in before the flop i have lost 7 strieght hands where i had pair over pair. i should be about an 80% fav. but the last few weeks it seems to be the other way around. i have also lost 10 strieght even money races. i havent been able to make the the money in what seems like forever. thanks for listening to me bich.
  9. play hours not results. set a time to start and stop and play till then. weather ur winning or losing.
  10. the reason that it will be more difficult for a pro to win is because there cards have to hold up for over a week. they cant take to bad a beat in that week. its just the size its the length. the pros will do well in the smaller tournies because there cards dont need to hold that long.
