  1. Hello. I have finally started to get the hang of online poker thanks to the new party poker nl cash games.I was wondering what expiriences you have finding the most profitable limits to play and how exactly the skll of the players escalates as the limits go up.currently i play 50nl and 100nl but as my bankroll grows I want to try bigger games like 200+. generally i find more good players in the 100nl and dont want to kill myself if i move up and lose all my money. Also, what kind of profits do you guys make? per week or hours or days.. whatever.thank you.
  2. no one is as bad as michael konik... constantly trying to predict what the pros will do and it never happens. 10x a show howard lederer or some special guest is like "well i guess they disagreed with you again!"
  3. Hey, I often play heads up with a pretty tight/weak player. He definitely doesnt overvalue draws, and can often be pushed around a little bit if he's weak. 1. Still, prying chips from him is a long, annoying process. I was wondering if anyone had some basic ideas/strategy.2. I was thinking of starting to either raise or fold as dealer 80-90% of the time. Would this be a worthwhile expiriment? I rarely ever fold the SB. what % of hands should i be raising.3. What kind of hands play well out of position heads up.. what should i be raising with. I can easily get him to fold rags to 3x
  4. hmm.. ok thank you that helps a lot. I know QQ's is certainly not a hand you would even think about in this situation if you knew at least one of the players was a rock. In a cash game though, my point is that if you take enough 4.5:1 preflop all in situations youre going to lose all of your chips in one hand...(This situation can present itself quite often in wild games) Is it worth it against 2 people before the flop when youre way ahead in a cash game and know you have the best hand? Even if you had aces.. same idea.another question.. How hard do you push big pocket pairs eary in tourna
  5. lets say you have a big pocket pair like QQ's. and lets say two poeple are going crazy preflop raising and reraising each other. you think y0u have the best hand (positive) but with 2 people all in is it worth giving up all your chips? how about in a tournament scenario. My estimate is that the odds of winning will usually be aorund 65% or worse for all your stack. wouldnt it be like 'reverse implied odds' and be a unnessisary risk? One bad move in a cash game when 2 chip leaders clash has been extremely costly for me. I seem to get chips slowly and when i finally hit a big pot as even
