What is the buy in range of 100-200 no limit hold em games?

I've never played poker in a casino before (mostly because I'm only 16) so I dont quiet know all the rules of a poker room. So my question (quite oblviously) is if a person is able to play two hands in a poker room. I know you're allowed to play more than one hand in blackjack, but since you're going up against other players in poker, it's different right? Thanks a lot, and I look forward to your response.
