well i got my carppy reply about 2 months laterquite upset to be honest, it was alomst like a robot reply... justthanks for the kind word, good luck with what you do..that was some bs, i typed the guy a page long message about people we both knew from our home town and what a coincedense it was...and thats what i waited 2 months for...quite dissapoainted

There sure as hell is proper etiquette for staying and leaving. Hit and runs are absolutely terrible etiquette.I'm not sure you understand the difference between etiquette and rules. You can make seriously egregious breaches of etiquette without ever breaking the rules (walking in a putter's line during golf, not shaking hands after a basketball game, not taking off your hat during the national anthem, for example).well put!

I have tried it once and didnt like it much either, i was playing $1/$2 so no one was takign it seriosuly and everybody woulld call anything... not much fun.
