Yeah, but you can track the hands played, right? All you have to do is request a hand history. Someone could, theoretically, request 100 hand histories and then run an analysis.PP claims to be audited by a firm that runs these analyses, but of course you're right: It's not like the U.S. govt is auditing these sites.

Does anybody take seriously the idea that the cards don't "fall true" at PartyPoker--that they would boost the beginner's luck factor in order to get people hooked?Isn't it in their financial interest to run clean games and just take a rake? They make a million bucks a day. Wouldn't it be suicide if they were to be busted by someone running some kind of hand-analysis program? It was pitched as a potential economic boon, but the legislators backed off and killed the bill in the state senate.There's no national movement to legalize online gambling. I set up my first PartyPoker.com account last night using the PayPro option. Within a half an hour, someone called my house asking a bunch of questions, purportedly for account-verification.I refused to answer any questions and later received an e-mail marked "urgent" in which I was again urged to call them and answer their questions.They said there was a problem with the transfer but in fact the transfer went through just fine.
