I say the best way to build a bankroll is probably 1 table sit n gos, because, personally I think grinding it out at the micro stakes sucks, and as long as you play fundamentally getting top 3 or whatever isn't too hard. And if you lose in one of them just grind it out on micro, enough to get a buy in for the sit n' go. Honestly sit n go's are the way to go, because it gives you that final table experience, as well as allowing you to feel a sense of competitiveness. And also just be patient.
  2. I would probably try to play at the higher limit every so often, but for the most part you should stick to your bankroll. As we all know, poker has a funny way of screwing you, and in that frustration could cause you to lose more money than you would have if you had stuck to your bankroll. However, I definitely say you could def. play at the next level to see where you are at skill wise. I just wouldn't make it a habit every time you log on.
