One post mentioned this, but just to reiterate. You can get a DUI while sleeping in your car, even on private property. At least in Illinois, I did. And only blew a .087. Be careful folks, if you've never had a DUI, you don't want one.

too much humility is pride - german proverb, I like that, never heard that one before.The bible says god is all and in all. So it's ok to be confident in your abilities. Pride is when you believe you are the source of your abilities.Other religions also stress that god, spiritual being, kharma, life force is part of us, and part of everything. Most religions stress this even more than christianity.

I whole-heartedly agree ! I once tried to live the "sin-free" life. My motivation was just to foll0w the rules and avoid going to hell. For real !! I failed miserably, I viewed everything as a temptation. Graded myself pass-fail on every aspect of my life. What a depressing way to live.Now I am motivated by kindness, I am not perfect, but I try to be a good friend and neighbor to everyone. I have found true thankfulness and appreciation for what I have. I think if you have an "attitude of gratitude" and focus on what you can do for others your "sinfulness" fades away as a side-effect.
