There is also a 2+2 published book by Miller and Sklansky or maybe just Miller(Not really sure), on the subject as well. I havn't read it but I assume like most of the 2+2 library it's at least decent. I'm not as winning as I'd like to be, but I've found on of my biggest problems is learning to be patient, because winning or so it seems at low levels tends to be really straight forward and well...boring.
