i might be crazy too, but i kinda agree with that. i had a run of 30 S&G's of an ROI% of 122% (that's right, 122%), turned 50 into 600 in three days, and then I lost 13 consecutive. Variance? The Party Poker gods turning furious with me? Shrug. Very streaky. What can you do but just keep playing.

I'm gonna have to go out on a limb and say...that blows monkey balls. -
Hm...sorry about that. I must have replied right when you posted that, didn't see it. Gametime is a separate program apart from Pokertracker. Here's the link: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.p...ckage_id=151566From here, use the auto-import HH in Pokertracker. If you're playing on Party, this should be a breeze. Once the hands start coming in, launch Gametime and you'll see a small green PLUS sign up on the top left. Click on that and it should list the tables that you're currently playing on. Select one and real-time information about yourself, your opponents, and the table itself sh

Ah, minions...all of this is nothing. A couple years ago my bankroll was at about a 500, and I started playing 2/4 shorthanded at Interpoker. I went on a rush and doubled that to a $1000 in about three hours. Did I stop there? Hell nah.I proceeded to lose almost all of that during the course of the night, ending up at a paltry $80. From $1000, that equates to a 280 BB downswing. And this was not variance, my friends. This just meant I sucked at shorthanded, period. I went to bed at noon, naked, weeping, and utterly alone. -
You really don't need reads on your opponents if you have PT and Gametime. If you have TPTK and a rock check-raises you on the turn, fold. If a maniac checkraises you, cap his a s s and win the showdown. Make the game a lot simpler, really

nice run. You should try the hit-and-run method. Since players play better in the beginning of the session, probably cuz they're not on tilt, more rested, eager to play well, etc., you should quit your session immediately after a big pot. Rest for half an hour, eat, read, sleep, masturbate, whatnot, then do it all over again. I have a couple of friends who do this very well; they hate playing long sessions because inevitably they'll get a bad beat, go on tilt, and end up losing most of the money they won.

The all-in with threes was a horrendous move. Payout structure and tournament strategy aside, if the SB raises you and you're holding low pockets, a good move is to reraise again, but not go all-in. This gathers the same information about the opponent's hand while at the same time negating the risk of putting your whole stack on the line.Talking about tournament strategy, I don't see how re-raising all in is a positive step towards battling for 1st place. He raised your BB a couple hundred chips, big deal. You're either badly beaten or he still holds two overcards to your lowly three's. I woul

He makes money representing FTP. I'm also pretty sure that he makes investments and has other business interests on the side apart from poker. When I meant bankroll, I meant how a person makes a living -
I've got a smashing idea, pardon the pun...Back in the day I enjoyed your quest to $1000, even though you never finished it. It definitely helped my analysis when I played my cash game myself. I tried 6max briefly back in July, but had to stop because I couldn't handle the swings. Plus, I'm pretty perceptible to tilt. This is all pretty unfortunate since 6-max has some pretty awful players.I was wondering if you could do something similar to the quest for $1000 logs and post some 6-max hands and do the same thing. I'm very agressive when I play shorthanded, but I don't know the why's and when'
