  1. Believe it or not, people actually pay real money for play chips. Last year I sold about $30 worth of chips (which was 3,000,000). Has anyone else sold play chips or purchased them? Why would someone pay real money for play chips?
  2. This is a really good point. Way back in the day where I grew up there was a musician's association, where members could only play in certain venues. I can see the same happening in a poker players association. If they are not careful, it may hurt the poker community more than it would help.
  3. Dude Coast to Coast AM is a radio show about aliens and government conspiracies.
  4. Hit those tables at 2 in the morning on a Friday night and rake in pots from all the fish who just got home from the bar
  5. This test sucked. I got ONE question wrong. It was all about trivia. Someone make a hard test to take.
  6. I agree. KT is a decent hand when it's 4 handed. Your mistake was not folding to the raise on the flop, especially while knowing that he is a tight, aggressive player, and there is an overcard on the board. But dude, don't get discouraged.
  7. I think you played it pretty good. I hope you wrote down his name because strange plays like that is good book.
  8. Yeah, the similarities are crazy. I thought the same thing when I first saw him play, I was like "Hey, its Worm!" lolHey man I said the exact same thing when I first saw Daniel on T.V.
  9. Last night I was fishin around the .25/.50 on UB, and the highest flop rate I could find for a 10 handed table was around 45%.
  10. Dude I feel your pain. You sit patiently waiting for a playable hand and hey even the flop hits. Then on the river it's all over because some 4 2 in early position catches his straight. This is even more frustrating online because there are more hands per hour, therefor there are more suckouts. I'm a poor person so the only limit I can really afford to play ATM is .25/50. It's like climbing Mount Everest. In my head I'm thinking "Hey no problem. I'll start with a laughable bankroll, play microlimits until it's built up enough to play actual low limit poker." Much easier said than don
  11. I have to walk away. I don't even want to look at the poker table, or hear chips. If I'm in a B&M I walk outside. If I'm online I turn off the computer. Anything to get away, because I know that If I keep playing I will lose my money...fast.
  12. Thats a good idea, and also maybe television's impact on the game would be interesting.
