I told WRTO that I had AA and he said "Yeah I already know - I'm cheating." -

It's nowhere near a NLHE fest out there. Some rooms don't even offer a NL game. And there will always be people there to bluff you. -
If it was that big of a win you would have just bought one.

Screw Limit.Go to the Luxor and play in the no-limit game there. The buy-in is $50 min/max so you should feel comfortable by not having to invest to much, and you can really clean up.Then take your large bankroll over to Mandalay or Mirage or Bellagio and do the $200 no-limit games. -
I've heard Clonie Gowen. He/She is on PokerStars a lot too.

Get over it. How old are you? Jesus.

There are no legal higher limits in Tampa. That's why I resort to home games for no limit action.PS - Anyone in Tampa interested in getting a new game together PM or IM me on AIM.

The rake is 10%, with a max of $5, plus $1 per hand goes to the jackpot - so $6 per hand is the rake. Insane.

Alrighty. Well, the two people who have played there have spoken and agreed. You guys tell me how it is, when I am the one who plays there five nights a week. Bull - that story is typical and funny. I love those nights when a drunk wanders in at about 4am and just pours money into the table. It's good when it usually ends in a fight and an arrest, too.

Finally someone that takes my word for it.This isn't Vegas $2-$4 --- I am talking about real No Fold 'Em Hold Em.

You can't have a nut hand without a flop. Raising in these games is meaningless (at least at my casino).AA will get called by everyone (who cares if it's $8 to go - every hand is $8 to go!) and the flop will be 2 5 9 and someone will hit two pair or a straight on the river. Hell, the flop could be A 4 7 and you will still get outdrawn by 8 players. And God forbid the flop is 33 10 because now someone has trips or a full house. It's very difficult for even premium starting hands to hold up against a large number of players. That's just a fact. Many times I have AA or KK and betting is already ca

Like I said, I always leave at least a little up. It is very difficult to leave up by any significant amount ($200+ ).Trust me - no one goes there and consistently "cuts it up".

Take it from someone who plays at the Seminole HArd Rock casino here in Tampa - it's good for entertainment or to try to hit the jackpot, but you're not going to go there and "hit it up". The highest limits are like $2-$2 and the rakes, as you know, are huge. If they did these rakes in Vegas people would crap themselves.I have sat at the $2 table and left with $500, before, but it's rare.I go because there is a $20,000 - $50,000 spade royal flush jackpot, and a lot of the dealers are friends I play in other games with (outside the casino). My skill usually keeps me at least even, and sometime

I have no complaints other than the software is horrendous. It's like they tried too hard and made it absolutely retarded. The "chrome" and "space sounds" is just unbearable. I'll stick to PokerStars, Paradise and UB.

I can only think of one final table he has been at.
