How come on Pokerstars they take the rake out on every turn? Shouldn't the amount they take out be considered part of the pot for betting?

Yeah that's what I thought it's a decent spot to gamble. He ended up having KK and I lost that hand but I doubled up again about 15 hands later. I was in the BB with A9 suited and the cutoff raised so it was a easy reraise all in and he called with Q 10 off and I won with a flush. thanks for the inputKen
