The single best thing I remember about Sydney was the pizza. Sounds strange, I know. I think Aussie pizza is generally pretty weak (sorry to you down-undas). I'm not sure how veggie you are, but if you eat cheese, then at 423 Pitt St.there is this place (I hope it's still there) with a Spanish sounding name. I was veggie when I visited 5 years ago, and had the 4 cheese and mushroom pizza. It was the single best pizza experience I've had. I memorized the address and totally forgot the name, lol.Cheers,Chris
