Can someone please explain how I can download it and want program to use to run it?

Does everyone on here have a rakeback deal on either Full Tilt or PokerStars, that with an existing account, I can become a part of. I heard it is possible with Fult Tilt but not sure with Stars. If anyone can help me out or would like the rakeback profit, let me know via PM or reply here.Thanks
