So ...would it be safe to assume that the info given on poker.oddschecker.com regarding heads up rules is false/a mistake/ written in error...when they say the dealer gets first card?????

I've visited numerous websites on this topic and a few of them say that the dealer or button is dealt first card in heads up play for NLHE ...and other sites say the non-dealer is dealt first card...what is correct? thanks jay
