I flopped quads and got beat by a straight flush. Partially my fault for slow playing it, but I couldnt imagine the other guy having the straight flush. I put him on a high flush and we went back and forth on raising each other until we were all-in. Then I see the 4 7 of clubs and couldnt believe it. That is one of the few hands Ive taken a beat on that I didnt get pissed. It was a good hand and I let him catch. I just wish I was at one of the B&M casinos when that hand played out. It would have made for a nice bad beat jackpot.

You are forgetting the fact that the IRS will take 40% before he walks out the door. so he will only be like half a millionaire + or - a few bucks.

My neighbor went down there last year for one of the circuit events. He did pretty well for his first tourney. Placed 29th out of 954. He did say that even tho he went down early enough he was an alternate and got in at Level 3 or 4, so he was playing pretty tight at first. Other than that he said it was a great experience.
