There is nothing you could possibly say or do to make you a winning player in this game lol. You think you can outstrategize a mirror of yourself because you know how he plays.. does this make sense. He also knows exactly how you play, because you are you, and he is you. Which one are you anyway ??good luck. Yes, you can always try to exploit your own tendencies. Simply by knowing to try this, you now know that all your opponents also know this, and they will also try to exploit YOUR tendencies. Its a viscous circle. You can't assume that you are all the same player but you are the only one

I agree with this post. I've taken notes on a fair amount of people, only finding the same players very rarely. I find taking notes on players helps a lot during the present game. Regardless of whether or not you find these players again, taking notes keeps you looking out for their playing style and can help a lot in tough decisions. If you give up taking notes simply because you know you won't find the player ever again, then your most likely going to be forgetting important things that they've done earlier in the session as well. I play cash games so I can end up at the same table as someon

If he leads out by betting the pot i think its a lot easier to include all these hands. But, in my opinion, the fact that he c/rd me shows a ton of strength, and all I can really see is a higher set here. That being said, I quickly moved all in ... hahahSo should you only play good wrap hands and high pockets up front?and if so, how many of these hands do you raise?

Villain seems like a good TAG player, and he clearly shows a lot of strength by c/potting me when i potted the flop against 6 opponents. The problem i have is... well im clearly not good enough to lay this down unless there is a SERIOUS raising war, and at that point wed probably be allin or id be priced into calling. So can anyone safely put him on the hand he's representing or is this just too tight?I'm not that good... help on any street would be appreciated.***** Hand History for Game 4399556806 *****$100 PL Omaha - Tuesday, May 30, 15:58:33 ET 2006Table Table 95234 (No DP) (Real Money)Sea

I have no idea how to play this hand at all, let alone out of position. If i decide to lead out and pot the bet, i cant want a call, and if i get one i can only c/f the turn right? If i lead out check im losing all the value of my hand if its good and letting anyone draw to whatever they want until they can beat me. The only other option is to pull some weak/horrible half-pot bet that completely shows my hand and just begs for someone to take the pot from me. Help me PLEASE!***** Hand History for Game 4392245831 *****$100 PL Omaha - Monday, May 29, 17:32:15 ET 2006Table Choco Chips (No DP) (Real

Semi bluff in the sense that you don't really want a call.Against any made hand your about 50/50.Sooo, to make my day even nicer....Villain calls with Ac 10s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY!?!?no pair no draw.Hands like this make me angry.

Yea, I really should've been deeper to make this play. However, i think that my position in this hand didn't turn out too badly at all.Button was pretty LAG, and was constantly throwing in continuation bets. This means that after the SB checks, i can check knowing button will bet 90% of the time, i can see what the SB does and then act accordingly. Also I can make a play for the pot after there is and additional CB from the button in there. SB on the other hand seemed pretty loose passive and I'd seen him show down some dirty hands. I didn't put him on a good hand just because he called... but
