Final Table At Full Tilt 65,000 Guarantee
Zarathustra replied to Zarathustra's topic in General Poker Forum
1st=34092nd=21463rd=16094th=1262Dangit, out in 4thI raised from the button with 10J and the BB, the chip leader called.Flop comes 7810 and he bets the pot, I call with top pair and the inside straight draw. The turn comes a 9 and I have the straight. The BB pushes all in and I call praying he doesn't have the QJ.He has the 88 and needs the board to pair which it does by coming with another 9 on the river and I'm out.I still netted almost 1200, but I was so close to being in a great position to win the whole thing I could taste it.Zara -

Whats The Most You've Ever Lost In A Day?
Zarathustra replied to radar37's topic in General Poker Forum
I can relate to this part of it. Last February I also fell victim to the the running good and overestimating earning potential (not to mention my own talent.) Lost almost all of my bankroll playing 1/2 NL and up (bankroll was about 1200 to start.)After recuperating and redepositing I started in with limit and have overall been up and up since. Playing a lot of shorthanded 3/6 though I've dropped about 900 in a day a couple of times but manage to stop playing before I hit the magical 1000 mark for a day.I'm sure I'll eventually pop my 4 figure cherry and hopefully even a 5 or 6 figure cherry on -

Thanks, yeah I was. couldn't even find a pocket pair. I can't complain though, cashing $528 when I bought in for nothing using UlimatePoints. Best MTT cash yet ZaraEdit: The best part was when my wife sitting next to me saw a great run of cards and asked me if I'd been farking the luck goddess to get such good cards -

Ultimate Poker/ultimate Bet Support Problems
Zarathustra replied to epistemic's topic in General Poker Forum
I was having a similar problem. I'd tried to cash out about 500 4 or 5 days ago and never heard anything about it from Ultimate Bet, not even a confirmation email that I had requested a withdrawal. I checked my account a couple of times and it was always marked as pending though. Last night I checked my account and the withdrawal request had magically disappeared and all of my money was back in my account.Last night I tried the withdrawal again and by this morning it was already in my neteller account, so you may want to see if that will fix your problem.Zara -
National Heads Up Championship Live Updates
Zarathustra replied to FCP Matt's topic in General Poker Forum
*Sigh* First round and 3 of my final 4 out, Harmon didn't show up and Chan and Ivey lost. Overall total is abyssmal as well. 3/8 in clubs, 7/8 in spades, 3/8 in hearts and 4/8 in diamonds.Zara -
Wasn't that Jim McManus who IS in the tournament? I know it was Jim who was whining the most at that table.Zara
