I just got an American Express Gift Card for my bday from one of my aunts....is there any way I can use this for online poker? any sites accept amex?

i am a dealer...dealers usually work on tips only, i tip $1 or $2 everytime i win a pot in cash games...tournaments are a totally different story...if u cash in a tourny u should tip out 10% of ur winnings unless they take out tip along with rake when u buy in to the tourny at the begining. this is so b/c dealers make near nothing on tournaments. for example in your case im assuming there was about 100 players that means 10 tables, minimum 12 dealers, approx 5 hour tourny...by tipping $100 total ----- $100/12 = $8.33per dealer ---- $8.33/5 = $1.67per hour ----- which is horriblecash games deal

currently a dealer and the correct ruling was madeall hands are live unless they touch the dealers much pile then they are officially dead.another example of when this occurs is...say the player with QQ through his cards as you explained it and the player with 88 (whos is getting the pot pushed to him) wants to be an a-hole and requests to see the player with QQ's hand then even if the hand touched the muck, QQ will be awarded the pot

u can but its bad etiquette... ie u cant flip your cards over online
-
first of all, exposing your cards while heads up is very bad poker etiquette as is asking to see someones cards after being mucked.during tournament play player 2 would recieve a penalty, and player 1 is allowed to call or fold. verbal is binding, and since player 1 did not say call or raise he is not obliged to call. during a cash game an exposed hand will be played as an exposed hand in a heads up pot or a multiway pot. the dealer would announce the exposed cards and after that the player can turn his cards face down or leave them face up. if done multiple times floor would be called and mos
