I've never had any problems with neteller. They have 24 hour online chat support and I have never been on hold for more than a minute or 2 when I have called their call center. As far as cash outs go all have my cash outs from neteller have posted to my bank account the next business day. Neteller is the way to go.

I had connection problems during a sng and they refunded my buy in. There customer service center is based in canada, which means that the csr reps speak good english. I've been playing poker quiete a bit lately at my sportsbooks new poker room bospoker.com and I funded my account using Neteller. Today I tried to get a payout via neteller and bospoker.com told me that the maximum ammount that I could get was $188 and that there was a $15 fee. Do other poker rooms charge for payouts via Neteller. Neteller tells me that they do not charge merchants any fees for the payout.
