As mentioned before you have a monster draw on the flop... I believe even if he/she has a set you're ok. I'd bet the pot. If you're acting first it shows strength betting into the raiser and if after, it'll make them pay to see the next card.

I would say check. 4 other people... someone is bound to make something on the turn or try to steal it.

Ditto. You have 3 pair... (just me rambling) which gives you 3 more outs, assuming all are live and someone has a set. A case K , Q or 8 would be bad luck and would they raise all the limpers with 22? So, a pot bet to push out the club draw might work. But as Vanilla said, they'll most likely call with two pair like that. Eh, though not wanted... you made a little bit and you got some more info about this person from it. :wink:

I'm new around here and to analyzing hands but I can definatley fold this without any thought. Too much action. Not just the flush draw but the straight draw, or made straight. With that much action, it's hard to gamble and call or reraise because then you have to assume you'll push the draws out and be left with the people/person who has you beat and then you're chasing.

I agree... but I don't think we have enough info. First of, 74xx? And then we need info on how the opponent is perceived and how you're perceived. (table image) I assume they acted first and you called their preflop raise AFTER limping in? (why would you call 74xx unless it was a sb/bb raise which would be hard also) When they potted you had to at least give them a Jack. Knowing that, you're taking a chance with calling with bottom two because who knows what their other 3 are. What do you do if the turn is paint? Or not a 7 or 4?
