Who's the young gun Daniel talks about in his latest blog that doesnt currently still play poker?

Im usually a $2/$4 limit player on pokerstars.com and sometimes end up in the $3/$6 game. I know it really is personal playing and opinions but i consider myself fairly tight playing usually around 12%-16% of the hands i get dealt. Now the quesiton here is, is it possible you think to get from $232 to $1500 in one day? What limits should I play? Any opinions, suggestions or critiscism will be much appreciated...thankscharbs 2k5

Wow, with all these new posts by such naive idiots, I cant help but wonder how ****ed up and bored these kids must be.....Are they serious when thier like "lets play heads up." And High limit no limit poker on POKERSTARS??? Why do people ask such stupid questions? Who cares who the tightest player is? You think your gonna know anyones name that you havent seen on TV? PROBABLY NOT.....sorry to blow up but I love how like the whole TV aspect of poker is becoming more of a fad then a game to play....sorry to blow up just my 2 cents

I must agree with most the people who like Sklansky. I have read and own SSHE and HEFAP and I havent gotten any negative results for reading any of those books. I think most people who think hes "garbage" or "a waste of time" just dont understand what hes saying. I said the same thing when i read HEFAP for the first time. BUT HE SPECIFICALLY says in the beginning of the book reading it once is not gonna help you much. After beginning to understand the game and re-reading it you realize alot more concepts and begin to understand his "theories." I believe most people who buy a poker book expect

I know this topic is old and im sure its been discussed but i have a few concerns....After looking at the info on the Harrah's site it seems that these events have some what gotten a bit rediculous. I dont think there is any need to have 5 cities and "5 major events" all with the majority is holdem or omaha. Am i the only one asking the question, what about 7-card? razz? Horse? I mean my guess is they are most likely trying to compete with the World poker tour with almost the same format except under the name of "World Series of poker" but i mean come on now, this whole TV competition seems a
