I thought I would give this site a shot again, but what a joke. I enter a tourney today and my table opens a few minutes after the tourney starts, I missed my first 5 hands including the blinds. What is the deal with that??? I want a refund.This is NOT the first time it has happened either. Always fun to get into a tourney after missing 5 hands, especially a turbo one.

I played a while yesterday and did some SNG's. but the free $$ account still has all the bonus $ in it, nothing transferred to the real $. This happen system wide?

Whats the rule with having accounts at Hollywood Poker and FCP?

I have been playing on FCP for a few days now, about 5 hours a day, so not a big sample, but I have noticed many odd things.I do many heads up SNG's, and the flop has a pair on board like 80% of the time it seems. One run had 8 flops in a row with a pair in it. Thats not normal. Twice we had AA vs KK on the FIRST hand. Both times KK spiked the K and won.All these things do happen all over the place, but Im most leary of the paired flops. We made a joke of it too since it happened almost every hand, odds of that REALLY low, but I do see it on so many SNG heads up matches.

I agree service sucks. I emailed them a question and 2 days later get a reply that made no sense. I called twice too and nobody had a clue. Wonderful. Maybe they can hire some people with IQ's over 50 soon.

How does the bonus clearing work with toruneys and sit n go's? Is it the same as the rake for the normal games with every $1 gets you .50 back in bonus? I have been playing some $20+2 SNG's along with cash games, so wasn't sure how they work compared to the cash. Anyone know?Thanks.

I signed up today, got the 50% bonus in my "Free $$" account now. How is it released to the real $? Is it based on hands played, rake, points?? I called support and they really had no idea. How much play is needed to get the $200 put into the real $$ account?Thanks,.
