I wrote a piece about 'Young Bloods' this morning. They invited a few of us down to watch the match be taped. There are a dozens of young players more deserving than 1/2 of the field they had in this, but my point in my story was (and is) that this is the new world of poker, and being famous, and...uh....'telegenic' is reason enough to participate in these things. Adding three um, 'non-telegenic', pros to this field does not make for as great TV...This isn't the WSOP, or WPT where there is an expectation on the viewers part that they are watching the best of the best...This is specialty prog

I think anything that adds color to the game is good. Face it folks...this is a TV "sport" now. Anything that gets ratings is good for the game...or so the powers that be will believe.He could scale it back some, but I would rather see 9 Tony G's at a table than 9 robots.
