Three Kings is the best George Clooney movie, the best Ice Cube movie, the best Mark Wahlberg Movie, AND the best David O. Russell Movie.

that's a warning for disrespecting good night and good luck, next friday, boogie nights, and silver linings playbook.

I was standing in line to find out what caused this delay and the lady two in front of me said loudly

The counter employee said uhh no there was weather in (inaudible due to accent).

I just left the line.

i know none of you care, but that never stopped me before, so...i get sent to pick up a customer at the Hyundai dealership. its a lady, probably around 30 years old. we're in the car and an advertisement for McDonalds comes on. its one where Zeus makes fun of Poseiden for having to buy a fish sandwhich at McDonalds because he cant catch any fish without his magical rod, which he left at his ex girlfriends. and you know Poseiden aint dealing with that shit. at the end of it I give a sarcastic laugh of disgust and the lady says to meYou liked that ad?No, it was horrible. I produced it. Really?Yeah. What didnt you like about it?Well, everything I guess. It was trying way to hard and that sarcastic too cool for school style comedy is in every ad nowadays. I see. I'll tell the writer what you though. He's a friend of mine.I doubt he cares what I think, but tell him to branch out and be original.Wow. Pretty honest there.Might as well.

Maybe if Quentin hadn't tried to literally kill Uma in a broken car, she could have put a better effort forth.

I think it was more Carradine's mind and body was atrophied from all the erotic asphyxiation and couldn't act or do even basic kung fu

The COO just sent out an email announcing shorter weekly one on ones for everyone, thanking me for bringing the idea to the table. I am guessing this spreads to other areas of the firm shortly. Manager tools, man.

I'm glad Mexico and Napa are friends again.

Also, it seems like several of you have been watching a little too much of every news channel on TV if you think these tax cuts are a bad thing. The only bad thing is our currently spending. We need to cut everything, especially defense, but these tax cuts are going to be great for the middle class. Lets remember that 51% of the country doesn't pay any federal income tax at all. (http://www.politifac...-households-pa/) So you guys saying that it hurts poor people are nuts. As for health care, if we can get costs back to pre-Obamacare levels that will be a huge win for poor people. It's a shame the Obamacare drove up prices so high, since that only hurt the middle class, especially the people on the lower 25% of the middle class. But that certainly isn't going to hurt poor people either since true poor people don't pay for healthcare either. (Households with 2 kids can make $49,200 per year and still get food stamps and free healthcare, that number goes up significantly with each additional child)

We arenít. He has shit on me for the last time

Iím not even going to bother unpacking that other load of dogshit you wrote.

The only thing that will make you feel better, is going to work and getting everyone else sick, while you play hero for coming in, and doing absolutely nothing.

Run the Jewels concert was Sunday. Fín ruled even though it was only an hour and late Sunday night.

The opener was a girl named Bishop Briggs whoís sort of a alt rock singer. I liked her stuff.

It was a concert put on by sister alt and rap stations (owned by the owners of the Twins). They had a few more people before these two but we didnít go to those shows. Would have made for a long Sunday. Not bad for $40 though.

I won tickets to Action Bronson next week by calling into the radio. Pretty sweet.

So it was an interesting crypto weekend. A friend called me Friday and asked if I had 9btc available to sell to a friend of his. His friend worked for a county government revenue office that got hit by ransomware. They needed 9btc by Monday morning. As of that time, it was about $3750/btc and thus worth around $34k - not an easy amount to obtain on short notice. Anyway, told him I wasn't really looking to sell...that I could do $1.2k. On Saturday, they offered to pay me $5k/btc. That offer was too sweet to turn down, so I liquidated 90% of my entire crypto portfolio over the next day and found the full amount. Have spent the past few days trying to then buy back in...which I've almost completed. BTC went up a smidge in the meantime but fairly inconsequential. Sadly my second heaviest crypto decided to randomly jump 25%, so that's irritating. Anyway, was still a decent pickup for a weekend.
