1. fine - raise on a weak table is ok too2. fine - all the A are probably out3. standard4. table dependent, but I probably open raise here 70% of the time.

1. Limp - I'm not raising here OOP with a fairly weak unsuited hand2. OK fold.3. Yes, flat call with no 2 and unsuited A4. Raise on a tight table. Limp with maniacs behind you.
