Depends who raises.If it's like bet, call, call, call, raise, I'm folding.If it's bet/raise, call, call, call, I'll call closing action.Like, you have to figure out the strength of the raise, depending on how many people he's raising into, etc.The TT hand is like a million times different.

If one of them were on a flush draw, wouldn't they have reraised the flop or raised the turn with 4 of you still in there ?I know you said they were kid of passive, but many of the players that I see at these limits overvalue their flush draws and will cap even if there is only 2 of us in the hand.I know I'd kick myself when I got raised on the river after I bet, but I think I would bet.

ive always been the habit of bet/calling rivers like this. with the range of crap that they will call with and with four of them in the pot i think there is value in a bet. i call a raise because im not folding top two in a pot this big. their raise will be 37 often enough.

this is an overwhelmingly straight forward bet/fold. Especially if you get check-raised. For arguments sake, lets assume you get two calls on average out of the remaining three villans when you're good. Then you bet one to win two. If you are not good you lose one. That means that you have to be good at least 1/3 of the time to be even. I'm fairly certain you're ahead more than 33% of the time in that spot.

yeah, it's the folding part that makes it tougher play.If I had a worse hand, I could bet/fold with a clearer headBut we lose a whole big pot when we fold the best hand or lose 2 BB's the majority of the time when we are raised and don't fold

With just top pair, I am ok with checking this flop.But when we are pretty certain we are ahead of all non-flush hands, I think we lose too much value with a river check.Thus I bet again.When playing this hand from another position, if I think PFR is capable of laying down a good hand on the river, I bluff raise this scare card often.No one else can call without the Flush.So if PFR folds even a small % of the time, my bluff raise becomes very profitable.Because I fear players like myself, I don't lay down my 2-pair on the river.I bet-call.--CM

I don't find many this in multiway pots enough to make calling profitable, yet. (although, in this huge pot, the sample sizes are small and maybe it does happen 1/17 times)But, again, I also hate to fold.I agree betting is +EV, and whether to call or not is closer; but should not lead to a check behind here.Doesn't the fact that no one raised (like have a K?) make you think at least on FD is out there?

If someone had raised, and all these guys still kept calling, then I would really fear the FD.When everyone is just calling one bet, it could mean something else.Though granted, with so many players I wouldn't be surprised to see the Flush.--cm
