I don't know, it doesnt look like he has the flush. But I think its best to keep the pot small with a small hand and check the river.

I don't mind it, C/R sucks here as we aren't beating anything that C/R. His hand looks super weak so it doesn't seem like you are getting a ton of calls anyways. But if he has KQ or K10 you are losing a little value. If I think the villain is pretty straightforward I'm betting everytime because he wouldn't go for a C/R on river.

Yes, this is exactly the mistake I realized that I was making recently. That is a very coordinated flop and you need to protect your TPTK and give draws the wrong price to chase. 250 is about 3/4 pot but you might need a bit more with 2 opponents.
