If he's pretty tight, then I'd lean towards folding on the flop. Your hand is gonna have a hard time improving without runner runner help and the only hand that you really beat is AK. Your read is that he's tight yet you call anyway and that seems like a bad idea.

True, the thing is I two-tabled closedeyes.gif (always a bad idea for me, I cant multitask, but I did anyway). And I thought he bet halfpot on flop, which indicated Ak for me. I saw it afterwards that it was much more. Would I have seen, that it was almost potsize, I would have folded. True. Or would you have laid it down to Half-pot as well???

Ignoring the flop, were you going for a check raise on the turn?

And why aren't you betting the river? Did you think villain would fold lesser hands to a bet, but would bet those same hands when checked to?

If you're going to make loose calls on the flop, then you need to get more value for your hands when they hit on later streets.

No I wanted to check it down. Bad idea????

I didnt bet the river because my first instinct was he had AK, and if he has the Ad I didnt want to get reraised.
Bad idea???

What other hand are you trying to make when you call the flop bet? If you're only going to bet when you make a set, then you should just go ahead and fold on the flop. I just don't understand why you'd make a somewhat loose call on the flop and then check it all the way down when you hit.

Hmm, I dont know. Maybe I called the flop, to look whether he fires another bullet and was happy that he didnt. On the turn I didnt bet my OESD because, he reraised preflop, Bet the flop so I didnt want to get reraised on the Turn again, I wanted to see the River cards as cheaply as possible.
And as the river card fell, I was afraid of higher flush. I mean what worse hands call here... Ok actually there are some... HMMM
