Sorry, for the life of me I can't get this to convert. Is there something odd about tournament hands?Do I call here? We just went to 2 tables so I don't know this guy, he's chip leader and I'm 3rd.Hand #42242029-106 at Mon1015pmA-003 (Pot Limit tournament Omaha 8/b)Started at 08/May/07 00:37:53 SB is at seat 2 with 5830. BB is at seat 4 with 13850. UTG is at seat 5 with 8820. Villan is at seat 6 with 27745. MP is at seat 7 with 3925. CO is at seat 8 with 4390. Hero is at seat 9 with 15530. The button is at seat 9. SB posts the small blind of 300. BB posts the big blind of 600. SB: -- -- -- -- BB: -- -- -- -- UTG: -- -- -- -- Villan: -- -- -- -- MP: -- -- -- -- CO: -- -- -- -- Hero: Ks As 6s AhPre-flop: UTG folds. Villan calls. MP folds. CO calls. Hero raises to 3300. SB folds. BB folds. Villan calls. CO folds. Flop (board: 2h 4h 9d): Villan bets 8100. Hero goes all-in for 12230. Villan calls.

Sometimes UB HHs give it a hard time, if you were using Bad Beats and Good Vibes. If you were using Flop, Turn, River, then they don't support UB.Anyways, thanks for cleaning it up, and including positions, etc. That's enough for when the converter messes up. Like always, I'll leave this here in Tourney for a day or so and the move it to the O8 forum so both groups get a chance to look at it.- Zach

I don't play a lot of PLO8 tourneys, but I can't see why we're in this hand at all. We have a crap hand both ways. I fold it preflop. Again, I play ring games more so than tourneys....maybe I'm missing something here. On the flop, we have a crap low draw and an overpair high hand. Again, I don't see why we want to pin our whole tourney on this hand. We're screwed if he has a set, and any draw he has is better than ours.

Don't play much PLO/8 but I like the raise preflop since you have position on the field.Post-flop, I fold as you have no flush draw, no straight draw, a weak low draw and an overpair. You have absolutely no fold equity so let the hand go as you're likely crushed.

pretty standard. the villain's taking a pretty obvious "god, i hope you have A2 and go away when i donkshovel" line. if he had a real hand, he'd want to get your money in and not take the pot away. this read is only strengthened by the fact that he has a lot of chips, which i'd assume means he plays aggressively and relatively trick(ily?).he could be a tard, though, i dunno. i shove here about 95% of the time, folding against a few select types of opponents.

i will be playing 10/20 and 20/40 at the wynn almost every day, unless i decide to actually play an event or two, which i may not do, lol.navy's also in a house for all of june with me, gilbertology, and troyomac--home games for beers will undoubtedly occur. o8, chinese, badugi, 2-7, w00t. :D

Yeah, I talk to navy all the time, which is why I brought his name up. I've already contracted him to be my chauffer for the entire trip, lol.We've got me, Cobalt, Mikeysong, and maybe some others in our house...House wars?

When he calls I expect to see A35 or a set from a decent player, maybe A39 at the limit...anything else and he is an idiot.Checky et al, I will be out for most of June playing several of the non-hold-dumb events, plus mix at wynn, bellagio & rio.....I sense some beers on the horizon.
