I counted 16 outs while in the hand but now i notice some of them can be chop outs.Even if i have 12 outs isn't it good in a 3 way all in flop?

What hands do you put them on?Against AKJx you only have 4 clean outs, and 5 outs to chop.I can't help thinking that a lot of your outs are taken in their hands or give you a chop.

board: QdTs5c

Hand Pot equity	Wins	TiesKh9hJc9s 36.41% 137,657 51,497QQ** 51.32% 228,324 3,778KJ**,TT**,55**,QT** 12.27% 30,662 49,010

Against that full range you are 36%. When you weight that against a lot of the QT**, 55** and KJ**, I think you drop a fair way.If you know you can get a three-way allin I don't think it's too bad, but you almost certainly don't have a large equity edge here.
