I found that whenever I flop a semi big hand from the BB I don't play it that well, ie not win much or lose more than I'd like. Maybe that's just because I'm OOP. Anyway I'd like your advice on the river for this hand and critcs on my play until the river. Table limps a lot but semi loose post flop? Bet about 8 or 9 and call a push.

Seems like a good place to 30% pot blocker bet. If he pushes, he's probably sitting on A/J, and you got unlucky, but he's playing like he's K/J or Q/J imo. BTW, I'd call a push as well.

What about a push on the river instead of a value bet? I think even with a value bet of $7 or $8 you're going to have to call his all in so why not go ahead and jam? I think you'll get called more often with hands that may not have called a value bet because it looks strange like maybe you missed a draw and you're trying to steal. You're probably going to lose a naked jack with a third value bet especially when the ace falls, but if something looks suspicious maybe he'll pay you off. Either way don't mind me because I'm really high.
