Even if you are a top tournament player the cost of travelling to europe for a tournament would take a deep chunk out of your expected roi. Not to mention that long trips take time to recover from. I think he has a busy enough schedule aswell.

Eh, we get tons of reality TV in Europe too. Did you know that Survivor is based on a show that first aired in Sweden called Expedition Robinson (after Robinson Crusoe)?

Anyways, the real reason he doesn't travel is that he realizes the environmental impact flying has. =)

I don't think he likes to travel too much. Of course, he doesn't mind it because he does it so often, but if there is a poker tournament closer to home, he will probably play there.

Ok, I think I'm going to venture out of the house for the first time in a few days. A round of golf in the sun will do me some good.

Assuming your country has a higher average IQ than Americans, that would seriously put you personally under the 10th percentile there...maybe even bordering on legally retarded.

I have to admit, I have played both in Europe and america, I can say without a shadow of a doubt that the European games are much better overall. Better fields and better tournament organization. The game in the states is an All-in Canon fest where as the Europeans like to play after the flop. The casino's are beautiful and the people are way more friendly.

Short answer...yes.

Long answer... yes but australia is icon_dance.gif

not funny answer... all the big players with the big stakes are in america. He is originaly from canada and would of stayed there if the best and biggest games where there. Also he is a talker , and english while being the internation language might not be the go at the big rooms in europe.

He was at the Monte Carlo Millions tournament in 2005 wasnt he ?

You got the devil fish anyway so stop complaining.

WHY DO PEOPLE HAVE SUCH A PROFOUND ISSUE WITH MY CAPS BEING ON ?

WELL IF I WERE A PRO LIVING IN AMERICA I WOULD MUCH RATHER TRAVEL AROUND EUROPE THAN THE USA , THE LEVEL OF INTELLIGENCE AND JUST OVER ALL PERSONALITIES ARE FAR SUPERIOR OVER HERE PLUS THE STERLING AND EURO ARE A STRONGER CURRENCY .
